Claes Arnesson takes over as Managing Director of Pentronic

After 10 years at Pentronic, Rikard Larsson leaves the role as Managing Director. His successor is Claes Arnesson.

Rikard says that he still remembers the first day at Pentronic – when he travelled to Västervik on a dark winter morning to learn all about temperature measurement.
    – I’ve had ten fantastic years of being involved in developing the business and watching the company’s turnover almost doubling over that time span, says Rikard. He is now moving on to become business unit manager for the sensor group in the business area Measurement and Sensor Technology within Indutrade – and will remain as a member of the board of Pentronic.

-Claes starts with us on August 1st and after introduction he will be an excellent Managing Director. I wish Claes the best of luck with the challenges ahead with the role of MD in one of Sweden’s and Indutrade’s finest companies and looks forward to following Pentronic’s continued journey towards new heights under Clae’s leadership, continues Rikard. Claes Arnesson, who takes over the Managing Director position, comes most recently from a position as MD of Gunnebo Fastening Systems AB.

We warmly welcome Claes to Pentronic and send a big thank you to Rikard and wish him the best of luck with his new challenges!

We welcome our new finance manager

Jan Halling hands over as finance manager at Pentronic AB to Peter Ingemarsson.

After 25 years at Pentronic, Jan Halling moves on to other assignments. During the first 20 years at Pentronic Jan was also HR manager. Since 2001 he has been a board member in various subsidiaries within the industrial group Indutrade, of which Pentronic is a part. The assignments within Indutrade have increased over the years and now Jan will work full-time with around 15 different board assignments in the business areas Measurement & Sensor Technology and Fluids & Mechanical Solutions.

Peter Ingemarsson, who takes over from Jan, also has many years of experience as a finance manager. Previously in shipping and logistics abroad and in recent years in the manufacturing industry in Sweden.

Peters’ most recent employer was the brass producer, Nordic Brass. After time abroad, he first lived and worked in Stockholm – but since 5 years ago he has returned home and lives in Västervik, where he grew up.

We welcome Peter Ingemarsson to Pentronic and thanks Jan Halling for his time at Pentronic and wish him the best of luck with future assignments!
