We have a large selection of sensor models directly available for delivery and suitable for many applications.<\/p>\n\t<p>Naturally there is a range of sensors tailored for special demands and our skilled technicians and competent workshop with great capability are always prepared to help you with sensor constructions that suit your requirements whether you work as OEM, in a process industry or in a development laboratory.<\/p>\n\t<p>As a complement to\u00a0Pt100-sensors and thermocouples can non-contact measurement with IR-pyrometers be an alternative. Examples of advantageous non-contact measurements can be moving or live electric objects or very high temperatures.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tThermocouples\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Termoelement finns i olika typer som E, J, K, N, T, R, S, B enligt standarden IEC 60584. Vanligast \u00e4r typerna K och N f\u00f6ljda av \u00e4delmetalltermoelementen S, R och B. Termoelement E, J och T ers\u00e4tts ofta idag av typerna K\/N och Pt100-givare.<\/p>\n<p>2013 kompletterades IEC 60584 med termoelement typ C och A, som inneh\u00e5ller olika kombinationer av wolfram och rhenium. De \u00e4r avsedda f\u00f6r temperaturer upp till 2500 \u00b0C och fr\u00e4mst i vakuummilj\u00f6.<\/p>\n<p>Metallmantlade termoelement av typ K och N \u00e4r synnerligen robusta och beroende p\u00e5 dimensioner och \u00f6nskad driftstid kan de anv\u00e4ndas upp till 1200 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Ett stort utbud av kabel, kontakter, paneler och andra tillbeh\u00f6r som underl\u00e4ttar r\u00e4tt inkoppling av givare finns i v\u00e5rt sortiment. Riktig inkoppling och montering \u00e4r v\u00e4sentliga delar i en m\u00e4tkedjas funktion.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pentronic.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/termoelement_x_kvadrat-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"termoelement_x_kvadrat\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"1024\" width=\"1024\" title=\"termoelement_x_kvadrat\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n<h2>\n\t<\/h2>\n<h2>\n\t\tPt100 motst\u00e5ndstermometer\n\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pentronic.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/pt100_x_kvadrat-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Pt100_x_kvadrat\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"1024\" width=\"1024\" title=\"Pt100_x_kvadrat\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\tDen vanligaste industriella typen av resistanstermometer \u00e4r Pt100. Den ger resistansen 100 ohm vid 0 \u00b0C och 138,5 ohm vid 100 \u00b0C vilket motsvarar en k\u00e4nslighet av ca 0,4 ohm per grad.<br \/>\nI vissa fall anv\u00e4nds ocks\u00e5 Pt1000, med resistansen 1000 ohm vid 0 \u00b0C och tio g\u00e5nger h\u00f6gre k\u00e4nslighet \u00e4n Pt100.\n<p>Anv\u00e4ndningsomr\u00e5det f\u00f6r tr\u00e5dlindade Pt100 \u00e4r upp till ca 600 \u00b0C. Standarden IEC 60751 specificerar givartypen n\u00e4rmare. Pt100\/Pt1000 \u00e4r mekaniskt \u00f6mt\u00e5ligare \u00e4n termoelement. Vid vibrationsrik milj\u00f6 b\u00f6r Pt100\/Pt1000-givare generellt undvikas men med speciella byggs\u00e4tt kan man klara viss vibrationsniv\u00e5. \u00c5 andra sidan \u00e4r Pt100\/Pt1000-givare inom sitt temperaturomr\u00e5de v\u00e4sentligt stabilare och d\u00e4rmed betydligt noggrannare \u00e4n termoelement.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r m\u00e4tning finns 2-, 3- och 4-ledarteknik d\u00e4r den sistn\u00e4mnda \u00e4r klart b\u00e4st.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tIR pyrometers\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Termoelement- och Pt100-givare m\u00e5ste st\u00e5 i kontakt med m\u00e4tobjektet f\u00f6r att v\u00e4rme\u00f6verf\u00f6ring ska fungera tillfredsst\u00e4llande till givaren. Med en IR-pyrometer (IR-termometer) m\u00e4ter man ber\u00f6ringsfritt och d\u00e5 ocks\u00e5 m\u00e4tobjektets yttemperatur. Infrar\u00f6tt ljus (IR), \u00e4r en elektromagnetisk v\u00e5gr\u00f6relse som tar sig fram b\u00e4st i vakuum men \u00e4ven i atmosf\u00e4ren inom vissa &#8220;v\u00e5gl\u00e4ngdsf\u00f6nster&#8221; d\u00e4r vatten\u00e5nga och andra partiklar inte d\u00e4mpar str\u00e5lningen.<\/p>\n<p>Industriella pyrometrar finns f\u00f6r m\u00e4tomr\u00e5den fr\u00e5n ca -50 till \u00f6ver 3000 \u00b0C. Ett och samma instrument kan dock inte klara av hela omr\u00e5det. Pyrometern kr\u00e4ver fri sikt till m\u00e4tobjektet. Med optik finns m\u00f6jlighet till anpassning av m\u00e4tavst\u00e5nd och ytstorlek.<\/p>\n<p>IR-pyrometerns starka sidor \u00e4r repeterbarhet och kort svarstid. Med konstant m\u00e4tf\u00f6rh\u00e5llande kan m\u00e4tv\u00e4rdet repeteras p\u00e5 delar av grader. IR-pyrometern \u00e4r ett mycket bra verktyg f\u00f6r j\u00e4mf\u00f6rande m\u00e4tningar alternativt som insignal till reglerutrustning.<\/p>\n<p>IR-pyrometern \u00e4r starkt beroende av att m\u00e4tobjektets yta emitterar avsev\u00e4rt mer str\u00e5lning \u00e4n den reflekterar omgivningens str\u00e5lk\u00e4llor. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r ska m\u00e4tobjekt med liten emissionsfaktor undvikas.
